2024 Doctoral Graduation - Student RSVP

Friday, May 17, 2024 from 9:30 AM to 12:00PM (EDT) Zellerbach Theatre, Annenberg Center

In celebration of the University of Pennsylvania May 2024 Commencement, and in recognition of our students receiving their Ph.D. degree, you are invited to attend the Wharton Doctoral Programs Graduation Ph.D. Hooding Ceremony.

The mandatory graduation rehearsal begins at 8:45am, immediately preceding the ceremony. We will be instructing you on procession as well as hooding.

The Ph.D. Hooding Ceremony will begin at 9:30 am followed by a reception style celebration brunch from 10:30am – 12pm, providing the opportunity to mingle with graduates and faculty.

*Only Ph.D. students who have officially deposited the dissertation or have submitted the August Graduation Approval form are eligible to participate in the Wharton Graduation Ph.D. Hooding Ceremony.
